  • All orders are processed and shipped from our lab within 1 to 2 business days following payment confirmation.

  • You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your package has been dispatched.

 

Estimated Transit Times

 

Shipping times begin once the order has been processed and picked up by the courier.

Destination Estimated Standard Shipping Important Notes
United States (US) 3 to 5 Business Days Uses ground and priority air shipping.
International Shipping 7 to 15 Business Days Time may vary based on customs and final location.

Note: Business days exclude weekends and holidays. Personalized products may require an additional 1-3 days of processing time.

  • Costs are automatically calculated at checkout, based on the weight, dimensions of the order, and the delivery location.

  • We offer Free Shipping on orders over a minimum amount (mention if applicable: e.g., $75 USD).

Return Period

 

  • We accept returns on most new, unused items within 30 days of delivery.

 

Return Conditions

 

  1. Product Condition: The item must be in its original packaging, unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.

  2. Exceptions (Non-Returnable): For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

    • Opened food, treats, and supplements.

    • Grooming products (shampoos, brushes) that have been used.

    • Personalized or engraved items, unless they have a manufacturing defect.

 

Return Process
